Sisters’ Volleyball Tournament
Date: Saturday, February 27th, 2010
Time: 12pm to
5pm
Location: Bear Creek Park (you'll see signs entering the park from Highway 6 and Clay Rd.)
Fee: $10 a person, you can pay cash on-site or through credit card online (with a small fee)
What’s It About?
Basically, it’s just as the title says, it’s a volleyball
tournament. This is CY’s first sisters' sports tournament and it’s also going
to be great. It’ll have the full works of a sporting event, including prizes
and a concession stand.
Rules and Regulations-
1. Players MUST be 14
years of age or older, no exceptions.
2. Teams will be
consisting of a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 8.
3. Lunch will be
provided for those who are registered to play. Lunch will be sold to those not playing.
4. We will be having a
concession stand with the usual; drinks, chips, water etc.
5. NOW, even though
this is a competitive competition, we fully expect everyone (players and
spectators) to behave like Muslims. This means NO profanity and NO fights, it
will only get you or your team disqualified.
6. Remember, this is
going to be in a public park, so please no shorts or sleeveless shirts.

Game Info-
1. General Volleyball
Rules will apply (see link for rules).
2. Games will be 20 min
long and played 6 v 6.
3. Every registered
player will receive their game schedule a week before the tournament.
4. Make your games ON
TIME.
Extra info-
If you have enough
players to make a team, sign up under the same team name, that way we know
you’re all in one team!
Don’t have enough
players to make a team and still want to play? No problem, sign up and well
find you a team.
Don’t want to play at
all? That’s great as well, come out and support your friends!
